Crazy person?

You know in the sith sense how Malcolm is talking to Cole... and he asks him if he's ever just taken a peice a paper and Just started writting withought knowing what he was going to write, until you're finished and read it... and how you find that you've written feelings and thoughts that you didnt know you had?? Well i did that, i didnt even realizing i'd been wrtting something until i notice my hand was moving and words were beeing written, i totally freaked myself out.... i was writting on a klenex too.... not that that matters, just that how could someone write and not know they're doing it?? i mean sometimes when im typing i wont really be paying attention to the fact that im pressing all the buttons but i am thinking and the thoughts are coming out in words and i know that, but this... i was completly unawaire... and well the page was filled with doubts... i didnt even realize i had so many doubts... but they're all there. written upside down, sideways, diagonally, even which way, and single things dont make sense, but read the thoughts and connect eh missing spaces, and omg, i sound like a depressed child, i mean theres stuff in her about feeling invisible and refusing to go away, and the moon and shadows and how i dont want to go away, and Lots about being lost, and confused and scared and how im not really lost but, im catagorized or something, and lots of questions, and ......
Has this ever happened to you? what should I do? I feel like a crazy person HELP
